Jenny Xie is Deputy General Counsel at B Capital, leading the APAC legal function and supporting investments across the region.

Before joining B Capital, Jenny was the legal lead for deals and exits in APAC at SoftBank Vision Fund. She previously worked in the corporate and private equity team at Gibson & Dunn and the securities and public companies team at Ropes & Gray. She began her career at Milbank Tweed, advising on capital markets and venture capital transactions across Asia.

Jenny holds a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Hampshire College. She is based in Singapore.
